Shipping policy

Every order is made just for you. We print and engrave each item to order at our shop in Copley, Ohio, so please allow a little time for us to make it right.

Production time

Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). Large or bulk orders may take longer, and we'll let you know if your order needs extra time.

Shipping rates (United States)

Standard: $8.00
Free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express: $15.00

Shipping time is in addition to production time. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
